I am getting married soon and would love to work with you! What is the best way to proceed?

Please fill out the inquiry form on our Offerings website, and our Studio Manager will reach out with a wedding questionnaire. Once we receive your information we will be in touch with any additional questions,

My wedding is in Italy! (yay!) Are you available to work internationally?

First, congratulations! What a dream to have a destination wedding! We do take on jobs far and wide and would love to discuss your vision for your upcoming weddings. Please fill out our contact form and we will be in touch with next steps!

I have a last minute event and am in need of a florist. Do you take on last minute requests?

If our calendar allows we are happy to connect! Our studio does well with quick turnarounds and we can still offer full service even with short notice.

My partner and I are planning to elope. Do you do a la carte items?

We do! Send us an email at info@offerings.co and we will go from there. Typically these items will need to picked up from our Glassell Park Studio.

Do you have a wedding and event minimum?

At Offerings we pour our heart into the work we create, and want every element to feel memorable and elevated. To ensure that this is possible we do have minimums in place that allow us to deliver events that meet our clients needs fully. Our full service weddings begin at $15,000 investment, and our miscellaneous events begin at $2500. If your event falls below these amounts, but you are still interested in working together, please shoot us an email at info@offerings.co to inquire.

DELIVERIES

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within a 15-mile radius of the 90065 zip code. You can easily check if your address falls within this area using Google Maps.

When do you deliver?

We make deliveries on Wednesdays and Fridays, except during holidays or special events.

When will I get my subscription?

Subscriptions are delivered on the first Thursday of each month.

Can you guarantee a delivery time?

While we can’t guarantee specific delivery times, as life can be unpredictable, our deliveries are typically made between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays.

Do you offer Saturday pickup or delivery?

As a private design studio, Offerings does not offer Saturday services, allowing us time to focus on our creative projects.

Why can’t I order same-day blooms?

Offerings is a design studio rather than a traditional shop, which means we purchase each flower with the design in mind. This allows us to ensure each arrangement is fresh and tailored just for you.

Where are you located?

Offerings is located in the Glassell Park neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The checkout screen won’t let me process my order. What am I doing wrong?

If your delivery address is more than 15 miles from the 90065 area, the system will prompt you to adjust your address.

What does “designer’s choice” mean on your floral options?

“Designer’s choice” means that each arrangement is uniquely crafted and one-of-a-kind. As an event-focused studio, we create pieces that are a special expression of our artistic vision and do not take specific requests.

Can you send me a picture?

We currently do not provide photos of arrangements prior to delivery, keeping the experience a delightful surprise.

Can you send a confirmation email that my order was delivered?

At this time, we don’t offer delivery confirmation emails. Rest assured, your flowers will be delivered between 12 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Wednesdays and Fridays.

I only want peonies. Is this possible?

For custom orders with specific flowers, please email info@offerings.co with your request and any reference images. Pricing will vary, and availability depends on our schedule. Please allow up to 48hrs for a response.

What do “Joyful” and “Soft” mean?

  • Joyful: Arrangements that are bright, vibrant, and full of playful textures.

  • Soft: Arrangements with a gentle, refreshing palette of soft, muted hues.

I placed an order but put the wrong billing address. How do I fix this?

Please email info@offerings.co with your order number and the correct billing address, and we’ll update it for you.

I accidentally put the wrong delivery date for my order. How do I update it?

Email info@offerings.co with your order number and the preferred delivery date, and we’ll make the adjustment for you.
